The 2025 FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket Division C will be the 19th edition of the Division C of the FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket, the third tier of the European women's under-16 basketball championship. The tournament will be played in Peja, Kosovo, from 8 to 13 July 2025.[1]

First round
The draw of the first round was held on 28 January 2025 in Freising, Germany.[2][3]
In the first round, the teams were drawn into two groups of four. The first two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals; the third and fourth teams will advance to the 5th–8th place playoffs.
