Ziemięcice [ʑɛmjɛnˈt͡ɕit͡sɛ] (German: Ziemientzitz, 1939-1945: Ackerfelde Ober Schlesien)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zbrosławice, within Tarnowskie Góry County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 7 km (4 mi) south-west of Zbrosławice, 15 km (9 mi) south-west of Tarnowskie Góry, and 24 km (15 mi) north-west of the regional capital Katowice.
